Why isn't my Basin Grass being Cut?

  • The Township owns and maintains over 762 Acres of Public Ground.
  • Grass grows quickly in the beginning of the season.
  • Because the Township has only 3 crews and only 2 large mowers that cut up to 18' each and these machines need maintenance regularly.
  • Up until 1997 the Township only had one 18' machine.
  • The Township has four 6' mowers.
