PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Northampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Northampton Township Municipal Building, 55 Township Road, Richboro, PA to consider the following applications:

 

1.         Case No. 2018-29, the application of Walter Breuninger Jr., for the property located at 660 Beverly Road, Holland, Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 31-28-99.  The property is located in the R-2, Single-Family, zoning district.  The property is improved with a single-family detached residential dwelling.  The Applicant proposes an addition to the existing dwelling.  The Applicant seeks a variance from the following sections of the Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance:  (a) from §27-406.2.A(3) to permit a building coverage ratio of 16.60%, where the maximum building coverage ratio permitted by right is 15%; and (b) from §27-406.2.A(5) to permit an impervious surface ratio of 28.47%, where the maximum impervious surface ratio permitted by right is 20%.

 

2.         Case No. 2017-30, the application of Christopher O’Neill, for the property located at 186 Edwards Drive, Churchville, Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 31-73-222.  The property is located in the AR, Agricultural-Residential, zoning district.  The property is improved with a single-family detached residential dwelling developed as part of a cluster-designed subdivision.  The Applicant proposes an in-ground pool, pool deck, pool coping, porch, walkway and related improvements.  The Applicant seeks a variance from Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance §27-903.4.C to permit an impervious surface ratio of 23.29%, where the maximum impervious surface ratio permitted by right is 20%.

 

3.         Case No. 2018-31, the application of Michael McLemore, for the property located at 109 Fairhill Drive, Churchville, Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 31-19-9.  The property is located in the R-2, Single-Family, zoning district.  The property is improved with a single-family detached dwelling.  The Applicant proposes a detached garage accessory structure.  The Applicant seeks a variance from Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance §27-406.2.A.(4)(b) to permit an individual side yard setback of 4 feet, where the required minimum side yard setback is 20 feet.

 

4.         Case No. 2018-32, the application of Van and Eric Pham, for the property located at 125 Edwards Drive, Churchville, Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 31-91-22.  The property is located in the AR, Agricultural-Residential, zoning district.  The property is improved with a single-family detached residential dwelling developed as part of a cluster-designed subdivision.  The Applicants propose an in-ground pool, pool deck, pool coping, equipment pad and related improvements.  The Applicants seek a variance from Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance §27-903.4.C to permit an impervious surface ratio of 31.5%, where the maximum impervious surface ratio permitted by right is 20%.
