Snow Emergency Text

Due to the winter storm impacting the region, Northampton Township has declared a snow emergency effective 7:00 AM, December 14, 2025. 

Please stay off the roads so Public Works crews can safely perform snow removal operations on Township roads. Remove all Vehicles from Township streets during snow plowing operations. Vehicles may be towed if necessary at the owner’s expense if not removed. Stay off the roads if possible. If you must travel, get traffic information from 511pa.com.

At this time, trash collection operations will continue as scheduled.  Notification will be posted here on the website if anything changes.
