PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Northampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 20, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Northampton Township Municipal Building, 55 Township Road, Richboro, PA, pursuant to the April 14, 2022, remand order of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas in the land use appeal captioned at Ranade et al. v. Northampton Township Zoning Hearing Board, docket no. 2021-03381. The property involved in the appeal is located at 287 Holland Road, Holland, Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, identified as Tax Map Parcel Nos. 31-26-25-1 and 31-26-26. The property is located in the C-2, Commercial, zoning district; and in the Village Overlay district. The limited purpose of the remand hearing is to develop a record as to whether the fuel sales and dispensing use proposed by Provco Pinegood Northampton, LLC for the property is “entirely incidental and subordinate” to its proposed retail store use.
