Effective today Sunday March 5, 2023 Northampton Township Fire Department has expanded career firefighter coverage to a 24/7/365 truck manned in the Richboro Station. Previously, the career staff was covering 6AM-6PM only however, it has been difficult tp provide adequate coverage overnight with volunteer firefighters only. This move significantly improves response times, ensuring help arrives faster for fire, rescue and critical medical emergencies. NTFD is a combination career/volunteer department and continues to rely on our volunteer staff as well.
