PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Northampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Northampton Township Municipal Building, 55 Township Road, Richboro, PA to consider the following application:


  1. Case No. 2024-2, the application of Roman Shpigel for the property located at 7 Oxford Drive, Ivyland, Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 31-5-25-37. The property is located in the AR, Agricultural-Residential, zoning district.  The property is improved with a single-family detached residential dwelling and in-ground swimming pool.  The Applicant proposes to widen the existing driveway and add paver walks to the pool decks.  The Applicant seeks variances from the following sections of the Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance:  (a) from §27-303.1.A(5) to permit an impervious surface ratio of 29.23%, where the existing ratio is 23.39%, and the maximum ratio permitted by right is 18%; and (b) from §27-1127 to permit the impervious surface ratio to exceed the additional 5% allotment when a stormwater management system is installed.
