PUBLIC NOTICE

The Northampton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Northampton Township Building, 55 Township Road, Richboro, PA, to consider an ordinance of the Township of Northampton, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, amending Chapter 18 Sewers and Sewage Disposal of the Township of Northampton Code of Ordinances to add and create a Part 4 to be entitled “Warminster Township Municipal Pre-Treatment”; repealing all inconsistent ordinances or parts thereof; and establishing an effective date herefor. The complete text of the proposed codification is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Township offices and at the office of this newspaper.
