Zoning Ordinance Amendment  - Data Centers – October 28, 2026

The Northampton Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Northampton Township Building, 55 Township Road, Richboro, PA, to consider an ordinance amending the Code of Northampton Township, specifically Chapter 27, Zoning, for the purpose of adding a definition for data center in addition to permitting the subject use in the I-1 - Planned Industrial/Office District by conditional use as well as establishing criteria related to the subject use.  The complete text of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Township offices, at the office of this newspaper and the Bucks County Law Library, and by Clicking Here.
