PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Northampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Northampton Township Municipal Building, 55 Township Road, Richboro, PA to consider the following application:
- Case No. 2025-8, the application of Michael and Sheila McNamara for the property located at 19 Fairhill Drive, Churchville, Northampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 31-19-19. The property is located in the R-2, Single-Family, zoning district. The property is improved with a single-family detached residential dwelling. The Applicants propose a front porch addition to the existing dwelling. The Applicants seek a variance from Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance §27-406.2.A(4)(a) to permit the addition to have a front yard setback of 44 feet 10 inches, where the required minimum front yard setback is 50 feet.
